The office staff are some of the most friendly people I've ever met, and they are super transparent about everything. They outline every single expense or fee you will encounter, and make sure you understand everything fully, and are happy with the terms. The apartments (even the un-refurbished ones!) look amazing, and have plenty of room. We absolutely cannot wait to move in!

I moved in here recently and the staff has been helpful and friendly. I moved from out of state and they have worked with me on so many difficult parts of my move to make it as easy as possible. I had a couple of appliances with issues after I moved in and the issues were fixed within hours. The grounds are attractive and well kept. I love the layout of my apartment and I was pretty picky. I am really happy with living here so far and I'm pretty sure I'll continue to be happy with my choice.

This complex has the BEST staff I have had the pleasure to get to know. The maintenance crew truly care about you- they wave and smile at you as you drive past. They are also so courteous when it comes to being in your home.

The apartments are spacious and clean, in and out. We love love love our little space. It’s so comfy and quaint. Any problems we have, the ladies are quick to take care of. I have had no problems that needed maintenance yet (that alone should tell you enough), but I’m sure when we do they, too, will be quick to fix it. These are my most favorite apartments I have ever lived in and we wish we would have found them sooner. Thank you Granite Bay!
